THE “GODDESS” RANGE
Introducing Lady Bonin’s “Goddess” Range of teas. A range inspired by the femme, the archetypal wild woman, the Goddess.
APHRODITE
The Greek Goddess of love, beauty, pleasure and procreation. She encourages the validation, celebration and courting of the feminine. Her beauty, born of the sea, was revered as much as it was feared. She was infinitely desirable and from this possessed the power to melt Gods and negotiate Worlds.
The combination of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Rose Petals, Fennel Seeds, Star Anise and Saffron (worth more in weight than Gold) with Black Tea, ignites a commanding vitality. This Lady Bonin’s original creation is based on a collection of ‘love’ and ‘aphrodisiac’ tea recipes from across the continents.
TOCI
The Aztec attribute her as the Mother of the Gods, Mother Goddess or Heart of the Earth. She is associated with healing, sacrifice, death and rebirth. Toci is the Goddess of Fire and Fertility and as Mother of the Earth she gives birth to all celestial things and has the power to both consume and regenerate life.
The combination of Orange Peel and Cloves compliment this beautiful Pai Mu Tan. White Tea is the most naturally fermented tea, undergoing minimal processing using the two youngest leaves and bud. The taste is a subtle, sweet liquid silk with a mild after spice, which creates a warm and soothing tea. Just like our Mother, Toci.
Incite the Goddess within.
