Lady Bonin’s Tea Parlour, an artisan tearoom in Woodstock, Cape Town, is looking for a vibrant new addition to its team. The successful candidate will be self-disciplined, proactive, a fast learner, motivated and a meticulous worker with a well-developed sense of responsibility.
Make, serve and package tea in the tearoom
Make and serve tea in the caravan at markets, festivals and events.
Interact with clients
Have an extensive knowledge of teas and the tea process to communicate and educate clients
Submit weekly reports
Basic market research
Set up and close shop and caravan
Potential to work towards a managerial position within the company
Train new staff and guide their process through skills development
Sales and marketing
Run the tearoom independently, fulfil managerial responsibilities such as administration, managing staff, client liaison, client maintenance, stock ordering, etc.

The successful candidate must fulfill the following criteria
Minimum qualification: Senior Certificate
Computer literate – MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and email
People person, friendly, bubbly, a leader, outgoing, diligent, take initiative, well kept, respectful and be able to follow instruction.
Be able to commit to a minimum 6 month work period
Two contactable references
South African citizen
